Rewards Program
The Originals' Rewards program is the core marketing tool of the Originals Groups. Through cross marketing within and between chapters, we are able to increase sales and "turn the tables" on the chains.
Customers complete a registration form and receive a free card that can be used at any of the Originals restaurants. They receive 1 point for every $1 spent (before tax and gratuity). Once the customer earns 150 points, they receive a $10 reward that is stored on the card.
After every visit, customers will receive a "thank you" email with an online survey that is sent back to the restaurant. There is also a monthly email newsletter where restaurants and chapters can submit events as well as email and direct mail marketing opportunities.

Fundraising with Web Certificates
Rather than collecting dues from members, we have developed web certificates. This type of fundraising allows members to avoid ever cutting a check for dues.
Web certificates are gift certificates to each member's restaurant that are sold quarterly to raise money for dues. Each restaurant is required to donate $250/month in trade which will be converted to a gift certificate and sold online. The certificate has a unique ID which is validated through your POS. Restaurants are not required to create or mail the certificates. Everything is done for you. This fundraising tool has proven very effective and Web Certificates usually sell out within five hours.
Group Gift Card Program
The Group Gift Card Program was developed to give corporations an alternative to buying gift cards from chain restaurants as gifts for employees. The cards are accepted at all member restaurants and sold over the phone in single and bulk orders. The fulfillment and mailing is done for you and the revenue is deposited into a joint bank account for your chapter. Member restaurants are reimbursed 100% of the value redeemed in their restaurant.
Employee VIP Program
The employee VIP program was developed to entice employees of independent restaurants to visit other independent restaurants on their days off. It also provides an alternative to giving a large discount to your own employees.
Employees register their VIP cards and receive 25% off food and liquor for presenting the card. The card is swiped through your POS to validate current employment.
Online Ticket Sales
We have the ability to promote and sell tickets for your chapter events and provide you with a will call list.
Monthly Newsletter
A full color email newsletter is sent out for each Original Restaurant chapter monthly. This newsletter goes out to all cardholders. Member restaurants can promote upcoming events or specials by submitting through our website. The newsletter is a great tool for reaching out to potential customers and attracting new business.
Customer Satisfaction Surveys
After each visit to an Originals restaurant, a registered customer receives a "Thank You" on the following morning, customized with your logo and branding. Within that email, the customer can complete an online survey rating atmosphere, food quality and the performance of your staff. This confidential communication is then emailed to you. This also allows you to log in and retrieve the rating for all your employees.
Email Blast System
Have an event coming up? Use our email blast system to send a customized email to all the customers in your database with a single click. Not only will we tell you that 375 customers opened the email. We can also tell you that 75 of the customers came to your event and spent $3,196.54. We track ROI to the penny!
